  • Saturday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 61. Southeast wind around 5 mph becoming calm after midnight. Sunset is 7:50 p.m.
  • Sunday: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 80. Sunrise is 6:06 a.m.
  • Sunday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 62. Sunset is 7:49 p.m.

Greenwich resident and Motown diva Diana Ross will heat up Stamford's Palace Theatre where she returns Saturday, Aug. 17 at 8 p.m. The former Supreme will perform her iconic greatest hits. Tickets can be purchased at www.SCAlive.org or charged by phone with major credit cards by calling the box office at 203-325-4466.

For one day only, the colorful collection of jewelry by the FFS Sisters will be available at ELLELA Cosmetics & Lashes on Aug. 16 from 2 to 7 p.m. on Greenwich Ave. The sisters will be a part of ELLELA Cosmetics & Lashes celebration of its pre-opening on the second floor of 16 Greenwich Ave. Enjoy a glass of wine, beauty and fashion. 

The Greenwich Arts Council is hosting three art exhibits through the end of August. There's the solo show 'CUBA: FIRST TAKE' Photographs by Barbara O'Shea; 'STORMS' by painter Denis J. Folz, and a collection of works by Laura Cunningham, Susan Ellis and Holly Meeker Rom. The arts center is at 299 Greenwich Ave. 

Swing into Saturday evening with the Al DiMarco Swing Band when Al and the gang perform al fresco at Byram Park at the corner or Ritch Avenue and Byram Shore Road. Bring a picnic, a blanket or a chair an enjoy the sounds of this popular Greenwich group from 5 to 6:30 p.m., Aug. 17, in the park on the Byram Harbor. The rain date is same time Sunday, Aug. 18.
