The Bimbo Bakeries facility in Greenwich is a bakery and distribution center. Bimbo started in 1984 when they began exporting Mexican bakery products to the US. As years went by, the company acquired several other bakeries and grew into an international business. Today, Bimbo is the the parent company to Brown Berry, Entenmann's, Freihofer's, Arnold, Marinela, Mrs. Bairds, Oroweat, Stroehmann, Tia Rosa and Thomas'.
