Dating back to the early 1900s, the Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich inspires and enables youth, especially the disadvantaged, to realize their full potential as productive, caring citizens.

In addition to summer camp, athletics and swim teams, the nonprofit also offers an after school program for elementary and middle school students, which includes homework help, educational field trips, sports and arts.

Transportation by bus or van is available to and from many schools and locations, such as Eastern, Central and Western middle schools; International School at Dundee; and North Mianus Elementary School.

The nonprofit has clubs for tweens and teens and offers scholarships annually. Membership is $20 for Greenwich residents and $120 for nonresidents with a parent working in town. Adult memberships are available for lap swimming and noon basketball.
