The Greenwich Baptist Church has grown leaps and bounds since its beginnings in the 1960s. At the time, the congregation comprised only a few Greenwich families who met in private homes to worship, as a mission of Manhattan Baptist Church. In 1963, the church gained its current status and affiliation with the Southern Baptist Convention.

Sunday worship begins at 9:30am. Volunteers provide activities for  young children during the service.

Bible Study for all ages starts at 11am. on Sundays and runs through noon. Adult Bible Study meets on Wednesday evenings.

Middle school and high school students are invited to Friday Night Youth Group, which meets from 7pm to 9pm.
