Greenwich Police Department

The Greenwich Police Department serves the town under direction of Chief David Ridberg. <br /> <br /> The Department consists of three divisions. Uniformed patrol and the K-9 Unit comprise the Patrol Division; narcotics, special victims, forensic investigation and the court liaison comprise the Detective Division; and the Department's Operations Division includes its emergency communications center and marine, traffic and domestic violence units. <br /> <br /> In the 2008-09 fiscal year, Greenwich police respond to nearly 46,000 calls for service.
