The Greenwich Reform Synagogue in Stanwich is also home to the Stanwich School. The synagogue offers worship services, religious education classes for children, Bar and Bat Mitzvah programs and a special faith-formation curriculum for high school students. A contemporary conversational Hebrew class is offered Sunday mornings. The GRS Social Action Committee is a group of members who coordinate a number of mission projects, both locally and abroad, including Call-A-Ride, the soup kitchen at New Covenant House of Hospitality, and the annual High Holiday Food Drive.
