The Mianus River Park, formerly the Goodbody Estate, straddles the border between Greenwich and Stamford. Each municipality owns a 110-acre share, and residents from both communities are free to roam the park during daylight hours.

Those looking to fish in the Mianus River must first obtain a state fishing license. Camping and picnicking are prohibited.

Two trails—Pond and Oak—traverse the Greenwich portion of the park, a mix of woods and wetlands.
