The Greenwich Country Day School

<p>The Greenwich Country Day School was founded in 1926 by two mothers, and today is a private school that enrolls more than 800 students in the surrounding communities.  I has a lower school (nursery to 3rd grades), a middle school (4th to 6th grades) and an upper school (7th to 9th grades). There is also a pre-K program.</p> <p>The school is housed in a series of single-story buildings with covered walkways. It believes in engaging its students in academics, public speaking, technological literacy, athletics and community service. Financial aid and scholarships are available.</p>
