Lifeguards are on duty from 10am to 6pm, from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. A covered picnic pavilion, grills, a snack bar, dressing rooms and restrooms complete the recreational area. <br /><br />Overnight camping requires reservation through the Department of Parks & Recreation.<br /><br />The beach is open year round, though Park/Beach Passes are required from May 1 to October 31.
