Currently a sophomore at Greenwich High School, Alleyha Dannett is involved with multiple club and after school activities including Keystone Club at the Greenwich Boys & Girls Club, Names Day Committee, YNET, Former Attire Cub, Roots & Shoots, and helps with Central Middle School's annual production of SuperShow.

Originally from New London, Alleyha has lived with her family in Greenwich for six years and is one of seven siblings.

She looks forward to contributing pieces to Greenwich Patch as a student blogger and sharing her observations and experiences of being a teenager.
