Getting people off the diet roller coaster and saving them from the ever-present noise and confusion of diet speak is Lori Cassidy’s quest. She guides classic yo-yo dieters to play a different game, put a different song in their heart, and celebrate freedom from Spanx forever.

A former yoyo dieter, Lori Cassidy knows the up and downs of the dieting game. From her very first diet of cottage cheese and peaches to becoming a lifetime member with Weight Watchers, she knows the landscape well.

With her Weight Watchers membership card in hand, she rode the roller coaster tracks with a few sideways jaunts in and through other diet programs — only to regain her twenty pounds again. Dizzy and exhausted, she declared “NO More” and found her way to freedom from the feelings of dieting desperation at long last.

What changed? During that span of time, she became an educator, psychotherapist and mentor. She learned there was more to being at your perfect weight than counting calories and staving off longings for foods she couldn’t have.

Always looking for new and innovative ways to expand her knowledge, she studied and became a Certified Coach of a system called The Core Dynamics of Human Conditioning. As part of her training, she cleared many of her internal food issues yet still didn’t have a total handle on her weight. “Why?” She often wondered.

Believing there are no accidents, Lori Cassidy said YES to an invitation to attend training for a program called Metabolic Balance®. The program believes “one size does not fit all.” Lori was introduced to a food plan made specifically to her body’s nutritional needs. She learned a new way to be healthy and maintain a lifestyle she had always longed for. She shed those twenty pounds for the last time and has been without them now for over four years.

Today, Lori Cassidy supports and guides clients through the transition to a healthier lifestyle that they have always wanted and one they can maintain for the rest of their lives. She believes Balance Your Body Balance Your Life is an important philosophy to live by.
