Samuel E. Deibler, Neighbor

As Director of the Commission on Aging, I'm responsible for identifying the needs of older persons, for formulating plans and setting priorities for new and improved services to respond to those needs, and for increasing community awareness of the needs and the services designed to respond to them. 

I'm a graduate of Penn State with a degree in Psychology, and the Colgate Rochester Divinity School.  I have worked as a hospital chaplain, as the director of an outreach program for seniors, and as the Executive Director of a 7-town interfaith social action program in Northern Fairfield County.

I live in Cos Cob with my wife, Ann, and two cats, Fred and Ed.
