Greenwich Pen Women Musicians in Concert

Pen Women Musicians in Concert

Music by women composers is on the program when two acclaimed classical musicians, pianist Margaret Mills and organist Claudia Dumschat perform on Tuesday, November 19th at 3 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church of Greenwich.  Both artists are members of Greenwich Pen Women (a branch of the National League of American Pen Women) which is supporting the concert.

The public is invited to enjoy the free concert at the church, which located a 1 West Putnam Avenue, Greenwich.  Reservations are not required.  There will be an opportunity to meet the musicians during an informal reception after the concert.  Light refreshments will be served.

Ms. Mills has performed throughout the United States, Europe and China.  She will play works by Amy Beach, Ruth Schonthal and Betty R. Wishart.

Dr. Dumschat's repertoire will include Joan Tower, Libby Larsen and Barbara Harbach.
