Marcella Leone, Breeder of Endangered Species, to Speak on 10/17 at The Woman’s Club of Greenwich

On Thursday, October 17th, 2013 at 1 PM, The Woman’s Club of Greenwich is delighted to have Marcella Leone, Founder and Director of LEO Zoological Conservation Center in Greenwich, speak about this wonderful non-profit refuge for rare, threatened, and endangered animals (with a focus on breeding species at risk). LEOZCC is laying the groundwork for an ongoing legacy of conservation in our town. Little ‘animal ambassadors’ will hopefully be visiting.

The Woman’s Club invites the public to this exciting and rare event but, since seating is limited and light refreshments are served, we request that you call Lisa Tella, Office Administrator, for reservations. Admission is free and donations to LEOACC will be gratefully appreciated. The Woman’s Club of Greenwich, 89 Maple Avenue, Greenwich, CT 06830—Tel.: 1-203-869-2046
