- Medium-bodied, floral and citrus aromas with great minerality and complexity
- Pairs with: Osso Buco with fresh pastas, Crab Cake, Calamari a la plancha, Tuna with olives, Black spaghettis (with seppia ink), Zucchini with tomato and basil, Stuffed fried zucchini flower.
2. Graci - Etna Rosso - 100% Nerello Mascalese
- Full-bodied, animal nose with cherry aromas. Decanting improves this wine greatly.
- Pairs with: Ribs, Duck, Parilla, Lamb, Goose
