A woman faces a fifth-degree larceny charge after Greenwich Police say she had a wallet and credit cards that didn't belong to her when she attempted to make a purchase in a downtown Greenwich drugstore.

According to a police report, Gloria Aleida Ruiz, 46, of 38 Wilbur Peck Ct., Greenwich, was arrested about 12:15 p.m. Oct. 7, at the CVS pharmacy, 99 Greenwich Ave. Police were called to the store for a report of "possible use of a stolen credit card," according to the report.

Ruiz was released after posting a $500 bond and scheduled to appear Oct. 15 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
