First Selectman Buys Home in Cos Cob

Cos Cob will remain the home base for and his wife Jill.

The couple has purchased a $1.250 million center hall Colonial on Indian Pass in Cos Cob and are on the cusp of selling their River Road condo in the Mead's Landing complex.

"Georgraphically, we like being in the center of the community," Tesei said. "We like the convenience of being in the center of Greenwich, especially professionally for my wife and I. And our kids will be starting school in September, hence the timing of the move ... they will be acclimated to the neighborhood."

Tesei said he anticipates the family will move into their new home in mid-May. "When we looked it, we said 'We would love to live here,' " he said of the house they purchased on April 13.
