Greenwich Financial Advisor Named to CT Magazine's '40 Under 40'

The second annual listing of inspirational people under age 40 is based on nominations from business and civic leaders, as well as input from the magazine's editors.

Jason S. Andrews, a chartered retirement planning counselor and founding member of and a resident of North Stamford, was recently named to Connecticut Magazine’s ‘40 Under 40’ listing for 2012.

The annual listing of inspirational people under age 40 is based on nominations from business and civic leaders, as well as input from the magazine’s editors.

In addition to being recognized as an astute and ethical financial advisor, the 34-year-old is also heavily involved in the Greenwich and Stamford communities, serving as a member of The Greenwich Riding and Trails Association; as an advisory committee member for the Friends of Nathaniel Witherell in Greenwich; and as treasurer of Stamford’s Laurel Ledge Association, according to a press release from his firm.

Andrews also volunteers his time by offering educational lectures about finance and investing at area YWCAs and YMCAs, in addition to the Young Women's League of New Canaan, the Greenwich Young Professional's Group, the Fairfield County Bar Association Young Lawyers Group, Greenwich High School Continuing Ed and numerous real estate forums, the release states. What’s more he volunteers at Family Centers of Lower Fairfield County, the Connecticut Maritime Association and the CT Food bank of Lower Fairfield County in Stamford.
