Community Centers of Greenwich Summer Program Receives $18K Grant from Fairfield County Community Foundation

Community Centers, Inc. of Greenwich, announces an $18,000 grant award from the Fairfield County Community Foundation for CCI’s Summer Youth Program.

The grant will help over 65 children and teens primarily residing in Greenwich Public Housing participate in a summer program filled with fun, educational experiences.

The CCI summer program builds on the success of its Homework Clubs held throughout the school year.  During the summer, CCI provides activities five days a week, including transportation. Activities include swimming, tennis, team building, a reading education program, career exploration, outdoor excursions, nature studies, yoga classes, and family outings.
