A Snowy Weekend in Greenwich — A Photo Gallery

The fluffy snow continues to fall softly throughout the region.

And in Greenwich, children and adults enjoyed the afternoon sledding on the hills of Byram Park — despite posted signs that it's prohibited by town ordinance.

There were perhaps a dozen hearty souls — a few with their dogs — at Greenwich Point Park who braved the bitter, snow-laden winds. Most roads were wet with some secondary and private streets covered with a couple inches of snow and slush. Greenwich Avenue was devoid of the usual pre-holiday rush of shoppers.

Here's a snowy tour of town during the storm that's predicted to bring four to eight inches of snow before the storm moves out on Sunday.
