$7.5 Million Tudor in Khakum Wood Is Top Sale for Early January

Even though the month is early, there have been plenty of multi-million property sales so far in Greenwich. And, a variety of condo and coop sales in the low to mid six-figures.

The top sale so far is a 14-room Tudor built in 1931 in the private Khakum Wood enclave in mid-country Greenwich, off Round Hill Road. The stately stone home with with a clay tile roof, has five bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths, and an in-ground pool, and is situated on 2.23 acres. It sold for $7,525,000.
