Commercial Property Takes Tops in Greenwich Real Estate Sales

Moving companies must have had a booming business in December, judging by the second half of December which saw dozens of Greenwich real estate transactions, mostly in the $1 million plus range.

The top sale of the month was a commercial parcel—145 Mason St. The three-story office building that houses the trading firm Weeden & Co. was sold by Weeden Investors LP to WinWich Mason LLC for $28,333,333. The sale was recorded Dec. 26, 2012.
