Thunderstorm Watch Issued for Greenwich, Surrounding Areas

A large storm cell will be moving through the area.

 

A large storm cell will be moving through the city Friday evening and a thunderstorm watch and hazardous weather outlook has been issued, according to the National Weather Service.

"Showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly before 9 p.m. Some storms could be severe, with heavy rain," according to the NWS.
