Family Movie Night at The Western Greenwich Civic Center

 FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT AT THE BENDHEIM WESTERN CIVIC CENTER


The Department of Parks and Recreation announces that Family Movie Night will be outdoors at the Bendheim Western Greenwich Civic Center on Monday, August 12, 2013. If it rains the movie, and children’s performance will be inside the building in the gym. 


The entertainment will begin at 7:00 pm with singer/storyteller Keith Munslow. Keith is  an award-winning performer who combines music, storytelling, visual art, and improvisation, Keith Munslow has entertained thousands of children and adults at festivals, concerts, schools and libraries throughout New England - and beyond. Keith has made numerous recordings for children & families, including Accidentally On Purpose, and Dressed Up For The Party, both of which garnered Parents’ Choice Awards.

 After the Show at approximately 7:45 pm we will show the movie “Despicable Me” on a large 9’ x 12’ screen.  Come early, bring a picnic dinner (no barbecues please), a blanket, Frisbee, wiffleball and bat, and enjoy a movie under the stars.
