Sherwin M. Myrie, affectionately known as 'Myrie', a long-time resident of Greenwich, passed away Jan. 4, 2013 after a long period of illness.
He was born Sept. 8, 1939.
He loved his family, he was an amazing free diver, an avid domino player, he loved to watch Jeopardy, loved his music and had a great love for landscaping.
Calling hours are scheduled for 5 - 8 p.m., Friday, Jan. 11 and Saturday, Jan. 12 from 10 - 11 a.m. at Castiglione Funeral Home, 134 Hamilton Ave., Greenwich, CT. A homegoing service will take place at 11 a.m. Burial will follow immediately at Putnam Cemetery, 35 Parsonage Rd., Greenwich.
