A driver seen straddling the double yellow line on West Putnam Avenue near Western Junior Highway was arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge, according to Greenwich Police.
Christopher Lagreca, 28, of 55 Henry St., Greenwich, was arrested after officers stopped him just before 1 a.m. Oct. 19. He had bloodshot eyes, an odor of alcohol and failed field sobriety tests, according to a police report. According to the report, a device used for grinding marijuana and a small amount of marijuana also was found.
Lagreca also was charged failure to maintain lane, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana. He was released from custody after posting a $250 bond and scheduled to appear Nov. 4 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
