Greenwich Man Faces Credit Card Theft Charge


A Greenwich man is facing credit card theft charges stemming from an incident dating back to March 2013.

According to a Greenwich Police report, Leonid A. Pollak, 53, of 2 Windrose Way, Greenwich, surrendered Dec. 23 at police headquarters. Police had obtained an arrest warrant charging him with credit card theft and illegal use of a credit card, stemming from an incident on Windrose Way that was reported March 27, 2013. Details about the incident were not included in the report.

Pollak was released on a written promise to appear in court Jan. 6 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
