Man Faces Charge He Didn't Go to Court

Original arrest was a charge of driving with a suspended license.

A town man has been arrested on a charge that he failed to appear in court to answer a previous charge when he was arrested Greenwich Police in November.

Marlon Lucero, 23, of 33 Round Hill Rd., was arrested Dec. 27 on a second-degree failure to appear in court charge. He is accused of not going to state Superior Court in Stamford on Dec. 12 to answer a driving with a suspended license charge. That charge stems from a Nov. 13 incident on Neil Lane in Riverside, according to a police report.

Lucero was released after posting $2,500 bond and was scheduled to appear Jan. 4 in state Superior Court in Stamford.

Seems to me you are missing the most obvious which is shown in the photo used at the top ofRead More Greenwich Patch pages - Grass Island Marina/Park is directly across the waterway. You won't be able to see much of the stage front but you can certainly enjoy the tunes.
