Man Surrenders on Failure to Appear in Court Charge


A Rye, NY man has been arrested by Greenwich Police on a charge he failed to appear in court.

According to a police report, Ted Fisher, 46, of Cedar Place, surrendered at police headquarters at 3:24 p.m. Nov. 4. He was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court. The report did not provide any other information about the charge.

Fisher was released after posting a $500 bond and is scheduled to appear Nov. 11 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
