The driver of a pickup truck was seen by Greenwich Police striking the curb and then swerving in and out of his travel lane is facing a driving while intoxicated charge, according to police.
Luis Mora, 46, of 11 Grange St., Greenwich, also was ticketed for failure to drive in proper lane following the July 29 incident just before 1 a.m. on Holly Hill Lane, according to a police report.
Mora failed field sobriety tests, according to the report.
He posted a $500 bond and was scheduled to appear Aug. 12 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
