Several Vehicles Burglarized on Steamboat Road

Greenwich Police report several vehicles parked in an underground garage were forcibly entered or had parts removed.

 

Greenwich Police report that several vehicles were burglarized or had parts removed during the overnight hours between Tuesday, Dec. 11 and Wednesday, Dec. 12 in an underground garage on Steamboat Road.

Police said the culprit(s) forced into the shared garage and broke into at least one vehicle, an Infiniti G37 which was found with its window smashed and its interior ransacked, GPS and loose change taken.

In addition all four wheels, tires and lug nuts — worth about $2,000 — were removed from a Mercedes-Benz CL63 AMG, according to police.
