Stamford Woman Arrested for Criminal Mischief, Disorderly Conduct

Domestic dispute results in arrest.

A 23-year-old Stamford woman was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, falsely reporting an incident and third degree criminal mischief on August 27,  following a domestic incident that occurred on Stanwich Road.

Police said they were called to the residence on a report of a disturbance at about 5:03 a.m. On arrival police were met with several subjects including one with a laceration to the left forearm. After interviewing the parties involved, police arrested the woman.

The woman was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 1. A police report does not indicate whether the person with the laceration was transported to the hospital.
