Town Teens Accused of Pelting Pedestrians with Water Balloons

Greenwich PD: Pedestrians in Bruce Park and at Cos Cob train station targeted.

Two Greenwich teens were ticketed by who received complaints that as the pair drove passed pedestrians they pelted them with water balloons.

The 18-year-olds were issued infraction summons on a charge of creating a public disturbance on June 5 following the incidents in which the victims were able to provide police the license plate of the car. The first incident was reported in and while police were investigating, they received a second report that a blue Hyundai Sante Fe carrying two people had thrown water balloons at people near the Cos Cob train station.

According to a police report, the summons were issued to Peter Cole of 1 Shady Ln. and Martin S. Hyman of 37 Crescent Rd. Both were scheduled to appear June 13 in state Superior Court in Stamford.

Seems to me you are missing the most obvious which is shown in the photo used at the top ofRead More Greenwich Patch pages - Grass Island Marina/Park is directly across the waterway. You won't be able to see much of the stage front but you can certainly enjoy the tunes.
