$10.6 Million Manse is Top Greenwich Home Sale

There were several Greenwich home sales last week in the $5 to $10 million range. The top sale was a Midwood Drive home for $10.6 million.

According to the listing on Zillow, the home is "Elegantly secluded amid two-and-one-half acres on a picturesque lane, this majestic European inspired estate is masterfully renovated with style and sophistication, while affording every conceivable 21st century amenity for family comfort." Those comforts include "a cascading waterfall and heated pool, the alluring setting includes a charming poolside cottage," a playroom on the second floor and a home theater, according to Zillow.
