2 Greenwich Mansions Sell for more than $10 Million

Two mansions sold last week hit above the $10 million mark, according to property transactions recorded in the Greenwich Tax Assessor's office.

The first was a six-bedroom, nine-bathroom Colonial set upon 2-plus acres on Old Round Hill Road. The neighborhood is off Round Hill Road, north of the Merritt Parkway. According to Zillow.com, the home was built in 2006 and was sold for $11.2 million in July 2007. It was sold last week for $10.3 million.

The second estate—and the most expensive transaction of the week—was a two-acre property in a waterfront enclave in Riverside. The Georgian home on Indian Head Road boasts seven bedrooms and bathrooms in 13,000-plus square feet as well as a a pool and pool house, and a path to the nearby beach, according to Zillow. It sold for $11.9 million—well above the $6.4 million when it last sold in 2006.
