At $5.65 Million, Lake Avenue Home Is Top Home Sale

The top home sale in Greenwich last week was a 1976 Colonial on Lake Avenue. Set on two acres, the 15-room home has four bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, an outdoor barbecue, fountain and pool. It sold for $5.65 million.
