A home built in 1910 on Calhoun Drive with six bedrooms, seven baths and three-half baths totaling more than 8,200 square feet has been sold for $5.15 million. According to a listing on Berkshire Hathaway, the home is situated on nearly 2.5 acres and also has three fireplaces and parking for six vehicles. The listing described the home style as antique.

Coldwell Banker GFP was both the listing broker and selling broker. Sharon Kinney of CB was the listing agent and Tory Thorman was the selling agent.
