For $5.1 million, Back Country Greenwich Estate Is Sold

The top home sale in Greenwich was a custom built stone and shingle manor at 12 Baldwin Farms South. And on the commercial side, an office building at 125 Mason St. was sold for more $4.6 million.

Here's what Zillow.com had to say about the listing for the home on 2.5 acres that sold for $5.1 million. "Extraordinary home sits on quiet lane off Round Hill Rd. Regarding the Mason Street commercial parcel, three separate ownership parties each sold their share for $1,550,000 for a total of $4.65 million.
