In this hands-on class you will learn the basics of ganache making and take home a box of chocolate goodies which will surely jazz up your Valentine's Day. We will make confections such as cocoa-dusted truffles, Brazilian brigadeiros, brownies with rose-scented glaze, raspberry-flavored ganache cookie, and ganache inspired bruschetta. A wine pairing (1) is included in the class free.
