Nadine Longmuir Is Greenwich Arts Advocate of the Year

Connecticut Arts Administrators' Association honors the president of the Greenwich Public Schools Honor Choir.

 

The longtime president of the Greenwich Public Schools Honor Choir, Nadine Longmuir, has been named the Greenwich Arts Advocate of the Year.

Longmuir, who's held the post for the last several years and is active with the Central Middle School PTA, member was named as the Greenwich Arts Advocate of the Year. Longmuir has been a strong supporter and active president of the District-Wide Honor Choir.

The award was presented by the Connecticut Arts Administrators' Association at their annual Advocacy Luncheon on Nov. 15  at The Riverview Bistro in Stratford.  Honorees from other Connecticut school districts were also acknowledged.

Each year one active member of the Greenwich arts community is named for this honor. Past honorees include: Michelle Turk, Kira Seabolt, Julie Faryniarz, Debbie Finkelstein and Genny Krob.

Seems to me you are missing the most obvious which is shown in the photo used at the top ofRead More Greenwich Patch pages - Grass Island Marina/Park is directly across the waterway. You won't be able to see much of the stage front but you can certainly enjoy the tunes.
