C3 Athletics has announced the availability of reservations for Fighting for Our Vets – a night of boxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu benefiting Homes for the Brave, an organization dedicated to the support of Connecticut’s homeless veterans. Spectators can reserve tickets starting today by going to the link below and click on ONLINE STORE to make a donation online. Spots are limited and are filling up quickly.

Homes for the Brave is located in Bridgeport, Connecticut and provides housing, vocational training and job placement, mental health and addiction services, and life skills coaching to help veterans leave homelessness behind. According to the National Coalition of Homeless Veterans, 1 out of 3 homeless men, who sleeps in a doorway or alley in our communities, has worn a uniform and served the United States. Currently, in Connecticut, between 3,000 and 4,000 Veterans do not have homes.

The exhibition takes place at C3 Athletics 330 Fairfield Ave Stamford,Ct onFriday December 2, 2011 with the doors opening at 6:00 PM. Donations can be made at four different donor levels: $50 – Lance Corporal Donor, $100 – Corporal Donor, $150 – Sergeant Donor, and $200 – Staff Sergeant Donor. In addition to the exhibition fights, there will be refreshments, food and raffles. 100% of the proceeds will go to Homes for the Brave.
