Christopher Nugent scored three goals and Carroll added a pair for the Warriors (3-2), who snapped a two-game losing streak. Sam Somers recorded 19 saves for Wilton.
Pete Cabrera and Andrew Feeney each scored two goals for the Cardinals (2-3), who dropped their second straight.
Greenwich's Alex Marcus tallied with 2:32 remaining to tie the contest at 8-8. The Cardinals rallied from a 6-3 deficit in the third quarter.
