I am currently a Physical Education teacher with the Greenwich Public Schools as well as the Strength and Conditioning coach with the Greenwich Track Club.  With a Master's Degree in Applied Exercise Science I have gained over ten years experience working with people of all ages as they reach for a more physicaly active lifestyle.
