Monica Webster, Neighbor

Monica has been a resident of Greenwich since 1999. As former principal of Monica Webster Interiors, she has over twelve years of extensive design background, the basis for her current career choice of Real Estate, which took place in early 2008. The synergistic effect of the two has proven to be an asset for all her clients. Many publications, including The Commercial Record, Greenwich Citizen, New York Spaces, Fairfield County Home, At Home, Connecticut Post and Greenwich Time, have exposed both her Real Estate and Design capacities. As Radio Hostess for "Monica's Style" (May 2006-2009), and Lifestyle Editor at Large for Fairfield County Home Magazine (January 2007-July 2009), she is very established and respected in the home industry. 

Her affiliations include Special Education representative for the Board of Education, co-chairing the Cotillion for the Junior League, design consulting for the Boys and Girls past renovation, Designer showhouse chair for the YMCA, Design Chair for the Historical Society Antiquarius, Daughter's of the American Revolution, co-chaired new member drive for the Chamber of Commerce, American Society of the Interior Designers, and most importantly, member of Greenwich Association of Realtors, Greenwich Multiple Listing Service, the Greater Fairfield Consolidated Multiple Listing Service, the Connecticut Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Greater Westchester New York Multiple Listing Service. She is licensed to sell Real Estate in New York and Connecticut. 

She has a Bachelor of Science from Florida International University and graduated from Cardinal Gibbons High School, Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She attended New York School of Interior Design for her graduate studies. She is an avid tennis player and enjoys anything to do with the water. She has a sophmore daughter and a son who is a junior in high school. 

She helps clients stage homes for sale or create a serene haven for a newly purchased home or rental. Lately, her focus is on representing bank owned REO properties and short sales.
